Since 2017 I have been running the newly established Studio of Footwear and Accessories Design, in the field of Design at the Academy of Art in Szczecin. As the basis for teaching, I adopted my original didactic program based on over 10 years of experience in the footwear industry.

In the studio the student learns the entire design process – from developing a mood board to creating a series of projects responding to a given issue. Students of the studio develop the ability to independently reinterpret reality and transpose inspiration into a product, which is footwear. The student is encouraged for developing ideas and finding original methods of problem solving. The course of study allows each participant to acquire all skills: from the basics of shoes’ construction, to autonomous shoe making.
